Monique's Move In
With what felt like 20K people at Cal Poly and under 100 square feet of space, we successfully moved Monique Furtado into her new home. I got a few pictures on Flickr, check them out.

Fun at the Beach
Saw some cool sand castles at the beach yesterday. I've also uploaded a ton of photos from my camera. YOU, yes YOU are in some of them!
The Little Things of Life
Coming back from Weight Watchers and shopping, I thought of some good ideas to talk about while I was biking home. Below is a collection of thoughts, feelings, my wisdom and everything in-bwetween.
- The porn magazines thrown on side of the road by my house.
- I love shopping by myself. When I want root-beer float popsicles, I damn well get them!
- I now know why cars have windshields, I've been hit by something everyday.
- Fridge space is a constant battle.
- Hot-Dogs stink thrown in the trash can.
- Don't buy more food than your backpack can hold.
- Its harder to bike with a backpack full of food.
- Top Roman is dirt cheap! 7 for a dollar! Hello root-beat float popsicles!
- 9/10 out of times, I don't think I can tell the taste between store and name brand.
- Having frozen WW meals really helps when you come home dead tired.
- Write down everything!
- Fruit and Veggies go bad within a week.
- Its easier to spend 5 keeping things organized than the 10 times you spend 1 minute thinking about keeping things organized
- Exercising makes you feel sexy.
- All the little things that cost money add up. Shower with less water & in less time, turn off lights, computers, hand wash things.
- Food taste better coming back from the beach.
- Make sure you bike seat is high enough for you legs to stretch out. If it tends to slide down, like mines does, your knees start to hurt like a mo-fo after a while of riding.
- Find where your local cheap stores are. Goodwill, FoodforLess,
- Find where all the wifi hotspots / Starbucks are in town.
- 1 pound of coffee lasts for a long time!
- Create exciting things for yourself to look forward to. I always find that if I have something to keep me optimistic, I can break through a lot of procrastination.
- To be continued!

New Music
Good Morning Everyone!
As part of my new life, I need to write more music. What better way to get feedback than to post it online and let you guys tell me what I can improv on in the comments. Listen to this short piece and let me know what you think. Thanks.

Skyler Update
Hey everyone!

Now that I'm down in San Luis Obispo, I thought it would be helpful to write some more blog posts. I know most of you are getting my twitter updates, and that's cool, but it sometimes helps me to write things up since I'm not interacting with most people on a daily basis.
I don't have any photos yet, but I'll start carrying my (old) camera around with me to grab some shots. I don't know how I will be able to take many shots of me doing stuff like skimboarding, but I'll figure something out.
Now that I am leaving my laptop at home a lot more, or at least more frequently, I've gotten back into Spaces for my desktop. The photo below is looking at my 6 different spaces and what applications are running. See any you know?

I'm going to keep this one short as I am heading to an interview at 2pm. Have a great day everyone and I'll be talking to you later!

iPhone 2.0
God has given me a phone. Damn is that pretty. Well, for those who don't know, the iPhone 3G is coming out tomorrow morning. I will be at the San Luis Obispo store opening to watch what happens. Maybe something cool will go down. If not, I'll have time to turn in more applications and walk around town.

9 places in 5 hours
Wow, what a day. Trevor and I, down here in SLO, just visited 9 different houses in less than 5 hours. We are dead tired after waking up at 4am in the morning to get down here. We are so tired, I'm not even going to write more other than saying I got a job at Starbucks in Petaluma.
Goodnight!

Greetings from Arroyo Grade
I took Julie and Paul's little scooter out for a ride today. Its a fun little ride that I got up to 40 mph; going down hill. I felt like I was in the move RATATOUILLE, but I guess that just cause I watched it last night. Hope things are good in Petaluma, I'm getting lots of sun and Vitamin D here. Even took a nap outside. So, if my face is red tonight, so be it.

Spring Break
A lazy day here in Arroyo Grade. As you can tell, even Foster was looking for some shade on a hot day.
